At 11,259 square feet, the Chesapeake Ballroom is our largest ballroom ideal for conferences, breakout meetings, and receptions. This premium event space can be broken down into smaller 7-sections to accommodate various groups.

Choptank Ballroom

The premium event space, Choptank Ballroom totals 4,860 square feet of space and can be divided into three sections. This elegant space can be transformed into the ideal space for a variety of events to accommodate the needs of nearly any group.

Pre-Function Space

Located outside of the ballrooms, our Pre-Function Space has stunning floor-to-ceiling windows, and totals 6,000 square feet of space.

Skipjack Meeting Room

Ideal for smaller groups, the Skipjack Meeting room totaling 1,152 square feet of space can be divided into 2 separate meeting rooms.

Cutter Meeting Room

The Cutter Meeting Room is 1,242 square feet of versatile event space that can be divided into 2 sections.

Schooner Meeting Room

The Schooner Meeting Room is 1,242 square feet of space. Ideal for an intimate gathering or small group sessions, this event space can be broken into 2 sections.

Galleon Meeting Room

The Galleon Meeting Room offers a sprawling 1,736 square feet of space for any event. With the capability to be divided into 3 sections, the flexibility of this space offers the necessary versatility that you’ve been looking for.

Clipper Meeting Room

With 1,798 square feet of space, the Clipper Meeting Room is the premium event space that can be broken into 3 sections is perfect for team meetings and breakout sessions.

Brigantine Boardroom

The Brigantine Boardroom offers premium space for hosting any executive meeting, with the existing set up accommodating 12 people

The Hyatt Regency Chesapeake Bay Golf, Spa and Marina has selected Presentation Services Audio Visuals as the exclusive source of audio visual rental equipment, concert sound systems, stage lighting and professional technical services for guests using the hotel's meeting facilities. Presentation Services Audio Visuals maintains an office and facilities in the hotel complete with equipment, management staff and technicians. Because Presentation Services Audio Visuals’ on-site staff functions as a department of our hotel, they are totally familiar with the unique aspects of our facilities and can offer consistently superior service to ensure the quality and effectiveness of your meeting.


For your convenience, all charges for audio visual equipment and services will be posted on your master account. If a master account is not established with the hotel, payment is required at the time of your event by check, American Express, Visa, Mastercard or Discover.

Of course, sophisticated and complex requirements, though readily available and accommodated, are beyond the scope of this condensed brochure.
