Our 4-Diamond Resort can host all the wedding festivities, from a rehearsal dinner, golf or spa outing, to the ceremony, reception, and day-after brunch.
Dance Floor and Risers
These are fully mobile and adaptable to your specifications.
We welcome you to bring your own cake and are able to suggest local bakers as well. Our pastry vendors can create masterpeices from grooms cakes to multi-tiered cakes.

Basic linen is included in our wedding package, but upgraded linen can be arranged for an additional fee.
Our onsite audio-visual experts can help you execute your ideas, from a slide show to special lighting.
Many of our couples choose to offer welcome gift bags with items from water bottles, local taffy to crab chips and accessories. Hyatt Chesapeake Bay offers to have them handed out a check-in or to be delivered to the guest rooms. A fee of $1.00 is associated per bag.
Valet parking is available for your wedding guests at the Hyatt Regency Chesapeake Bay Golf Resort, Spa & Marina in Maryland.
Photography and Videography
Hyatt Regency Chesapeake Bay Golf Resort, Spa & Marina works with several different Cambridge area photographers and videographers, each having met our high standards. Please contact your Catering Manager for different options.
Service Charge and Tax
Applicable Service Charges of 22% and State Sales taxes will be added to all Food and Beverage served.

Deposit and Payment Procedures
Upon confirmation, an initial deposit of 40% is required to hold your space. An additional deposit of 40% of the remaining balance is due three months prior to your wedding date. The final balance will be due ten business days prior to your event along with your final guaranteed number of guest due 72 hours prior. All deposits are non-refundable.
